About
I care about what happens after the plan meets the classroom.
A course can have the right objectives and still be hard to teach. A tool can be powerful and still get in the way. Most of my work has been in that space: curriculum development, instructional design leadership, LMS-supported delivery, accessibility, and the practical systems that keep important work visible.
What I tend to work on
- Course development, review, and readiness workflows.
- Competency alignment and proficiency-based education planning.
- Faculty support resources, training sites, and learner guidance.
- Dashboards and trackers for the work people otherwise have to remember.
How I work
I prefer clear systems, low-friction tools, and documentation that serves the people who actually have to use it. My role is often to bring structure to messy learning work without pretending the mess is the problem. Sometimes the mess is just the work telling you what it needs.
